Why choose raw dairy?
Raw milk.
We consume raw milk exclusively. While taboo to many, there is evidence the pasteurization and homogenization processes are the cause of GI issues from consuming milk. Milk proteins are heat sensitive and denatured rendering them less bioavailable in pasteurized milk. Lastly raw milk also is loaded with beneficial heat sensitive vitamins, bacteria, and enzymes that are killed, deactivated, or removed rendering them unavailable to our bodies when pasteurized. Raw milk is naturally probiotic! We believe nature made milk as it was intended to be consumed.
